the one to the left is the damaged on other one is the good one. my question is, is that left one repairable, or is it safer to get an exchange, my friend told me i can just hammer it back into shape. But i dont feel like waiting another two weeks, so if it can be used safely then i'll prolly just fix it and use it.

thats what i was thinking, safety is important i like being alive, its just that my friend says its just a minor bend that can be softly tapped back into form. still thinking about that refund though thx for the input

Working at UPS myself, that doesn't really seem like the kinda damage that would happen while its getting moved, especially if it was in a box.
I'd send it back, as was mentioned earlier, bending metal back and forth tends to weaken it considerably...

those struts look new to me, so u are suggesting they came like this fromt he factory? Its gotta be shipping.
and btw, i have recieved things from UPS in worst of a condition than that......being in a box doesnt mean it cant get damaged, it looks like the other struts might have hit on it or they were thrown....

two other shocks that i order also had damage, but it was just surface stuff, chipped off the paint, i ordered these from mach1car.com anybody ever buy from these guys?

i just sent them for an exchange, thx for the input and oh btw machonecar.com has excellent customer service, just received my springs from them and they're perfect, i recomend these guys
