Polyurethene inserts that slip over the rubber sections on stock mounts. http://www.energysuspensionparts.com
Desiree and Lundsey, lmao...
umm yeah, or you could use windo-weld urethane to fill up the ones you have right now... i did it to the front lower ones.. i might get to do it to the rest in spring time

i wouldnt recomended too stiff of a motor mount because it does cause excess vibration in the car, i had prothanes and my car would literally buzz like a bee at exactly 3500rpm. if its your daily driver just get some oem mounts and change them one at a time.
you just need basic tools and a jack with some boards to jack up the motor

Before you change your motor mounts, I'd do a fluid flush of your transmission. Auto trannys shift hard/harsh and jerk the car when the fluid is old/bad. I had to do this a few times on my old car. Fixed the problem right up.
Do your motor mounts have visible wear and tear on them?

I agree too. Honda is not known for the best auto transmissions. It takes at least 3 changes since alot of fluid is held up in the torque converter. By changing it several times, you're simply diluting the old fluid with new fluid. But Honda ATF only.
