is it possible to chip the p06 to p28 to work with my h22 swap?

yes, you need to solder some components on the board in order to have vtec... also, you need to chip your ECU and put a chip with a p28 map and settings.. all that will cost you less than a p28 ECU but you gotta have some soldering/electronics skills and learn to use Uberdata... stuff like that!
not that bad if you ask me... and you can later tune your ECU even further once you have it chipped so it's not a waste of money... you'll have a burner to burn chips etc... should cost about $150 including burner and all parts that you need... $200 at the most if you need a soldering gun, solder, desolder, etc.
