Do something about the battery - either remove it (or put a disconnect switch on it) or, better yet, attach an automatic charger (the kind that stops charging when it's fully charged). Other than that, nothing is really essential.

I just start her up every sunday and run it for 30 min. Rev her up few time once
water temp reach normal operating level. I throw on battery charger once
amperage runs low by end of winter.

I don't start my car at all, throughout the winter months. It's fine...

Remove the battery or do what Ken mentioned above and get a can of stabil for the fuel system. Maybe get a cover even if it's indoors. Other than that I usually just change fluids after I take it out of storage.

I've stored mine since it was new, which over 5 years, I don't do anything special, just wash and wax it and throw a car cover on it.

if its stored in an indoor garage, then you can try using a dehumidifier to eliminate some of the moisture in the air.

From what I read the above will actually hurt your car. Change oil, fill up the gas tank, add in some fuel stabilizer, disconnect the battery and put a trickle charger on it if you can. Some websites say remove spark plugs and add a little oil inside the cylinders and reinstall plugs. When ready to start, change oil, connect battery and start it right up.
