Default Clutch Replacement Cost / Shop name? (Tampa, FL)

My R's clutch has been squeaking badly now and after searching people said to lube the clutch pedal or the throwout bearing is shot. I have a feeling it is the throwout bearing since I tried using silicone spray on the pedal and the noise is coming from under the hood.

Any ideas on where I can get this done and how much it will cost? I have about 50K miles, so I figure I'd just replace the whole clutch (and does a new clutch include the throwout bearing?).

I do basic mainentanace and value adjustements, but never a clutch.

Thanks.

If you can read a manual and use a torque wrench, you can do a clutch....have air tools heavy duty sockets and a breaker bar when you do it, though...

I will of course recommend LHT Performance in Pinellas Park. PM CRVRX (john, owner of LHT).

Sup adam, most (if not all) clutch kits include a TO bearing. I would help you with it but I doubt I'll have any time for awhile.

LHT is though.

Thanks for the offer Dave. I think if I get a bonus I will buy a tranny and a new clutch. I might take you up on the help though since I don't plan on doing anything for about a month or so. I'm good at taking s$it apart, but putting it together right, I always can use some help!

If you can do a valve adjustment you can do a clutch. Its pretty simple, a little time consuming but very doable. GL, you have alot of people here that will help you out along the way.

I'll be doing it this weekend along with putting my trans back in. Just keep an eye on my project thread and I'll make sure to take lots of pics with instructions for you.

just a thought some clutches squeak anyway, and its not always a bad thing. Mine is a stage 3 and its squeaky sometimes inthe morning cold or starting up steep hills, but I just had the tranny out and it looks perfectly fine.... any slippage?

No problems with the clutch, but starting to sound bad when I press the pedal. If I pop the hood and listen it is quite load and does not sound good.
