Default clutch problems

i have a delsol it was running good untill this **** with the clutch, when you take off it makes a rattle almost constant clicking noise while the clutch is out when you press it in it stops , and when the car is stopped it will make the same noise if the clutch is out but quit when you press it in
i think it may be the throwout bearing . any suggestions ? if it is the throwout how hard are they to replace ?? and should i replace the whole clutch assem.? it is the orig clutch and has 124 k on it
thanks in advance

I would replace the clutch, pressure plate, pilot & T/O bearings, and have the flywheel resurfaced. The difficulty really depends on your mechanical knowledge/experience.

Clutch set up depends on your engine build.... but if the engine is stock, a stock clutch is good.
