1995 ex speed sensor wiring harness. my ***** wasn't workin so I sottered it together and gotta make sure it's right bc my sheit is still throwing code 17 but everything is working now ex vtec but I'm throwing code 21 as well??? there any connection with this??? thanks in advance

ya pulled the fuse for about a min than replaced and let idle for about 2-3 min
