Default Still haven't chosen cams, damnit!

ls/vtec
81.25 ITR pistons
milled b16 head 30 thousandths
ITR intake manifold/64mm tb
Crower valvetrain
DC 4-2-1

Looking to maximize the power of this build but still have NOT been able to make a decision on cams.

My closest choices are skunk2 stage 2 and crower 403?

As much as I dislike Skunk2, I do have to admit the Pro1's sound like the best choice.

Try some of those underground racing cams. They make the same profiles as skunk2, toda, BC..and they're made the exact same way but are half the price!

and I would go for Toda B/C with the setup(higher CR already)..but the cam itself is a lot more $ than the rest

Where can you find those? I am ok with used name brand cams too.

this was my answer also... the pro 1's seem to be a good overall cam for mild builds.

There's a couple of people on H-T that are making good numbers with the Blox Tuner B's. They are pretty cheap too.

Do you know where I can find the specs of the Pro1s. I didn't see them on the skunk site.

Also guys, I see some good cam deals on the crower site and underground cams, as well as blox cams. Now I just have to find which specs would my setup benefit most from.

I may be going either crower 403, skunk stage 2, or Toda C? Let me know if you guys have further input about those cams - midrange, top end etc...

If you're considering the Skunk2 stage 2's, I'd take a look at the Blox Type B's.
