Default low 13's or 13 flat on civic gsr w/o boost?!?!

What parts/mods/bolt ons do i need for my EG gsr to run low 13's or 13 flat w/o boost, im gonna go all-motor. I appreciate the help guys.

spoon motor + turbo + nos and you should run 9s.

without the nos your car will only top out at 140mph

Slicks and damn good drivering and youll get mid 13s stock.

But the answer your looking for is build the hell out of it.

itr tranny, p30 pistons, stage 2 cams, skunk2 im, your choice of bolt ons, hondata and a good tune with a good driver should put you deep into 13s easily

It all depends on what type of chassis your pushin? weight means everything.
