Default blinking cel misfire cylinder 3

The car is a 97 HX with turbo setup running an fmu. I've had the turbo for a couple months now and to this point have had no issues besides the occasional map code. So far I have done all of the following:

swapped plugs, wires, cap and rotor, new fuel pump, injectors and fuel filter. I have also swapped out the distributor, mingled with the timing, tested compression, used differnt map sensors and cleaned the egr valve. I have no clue what else to do about this.

Here are my observations

1. The problem occurs only when the car is at operating temperature
2. If I trigger the map code, the misfire code will not appear, but the car runs very rich, as well as, poorly at lower rpm's
3. The problem occurs when holding constant throttle, not during heavy acceleration, idle or deccelation
4. If i switch the car off and on while driving, it will run fine for about 10 seconds and suddenly get extremely lean and trigger the blinking cel
5. Cylinder 3 is running 200 compression compared to 180 in the other 3
6. The map code problem is boost dependent and I have run the car without the turbo, but the misfire problem continues

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
