These are the cams that i have:

PART NO: AICS05
DESCRIPTION: Excellent midrange torque and good top end
POWER BAND 3600 RPM To 7500 RPM
IDLE: Good - Around 750 RPM
SPECIFICATIONS: Intake LIFT - .410 DURATION - 228
Exhaust LIFT - .410 DURATION - 228

I am going to be running ITB's, and was wondering what compression pistons do you think i should get, or could run? All help would be appreciated, thanks.
