is my headlight bulb f-ing p?
my headlight on the passenger side dosnt shione as much as my left one. at night i can barely see the reflectin on the gorund could it be that the last owner put in a diff bulb than the one on the left?
Well, if one side has a three year old oem bulb and the other side has a new Sylvania Silverstar, then yes I could see a difference in brightness. It sounds like you could (read that as "might") have a voltage issue to the dim side bulb.
You could also have a grossly out of adjustment condition where the "dim(er) bulb is pointed at the non-reflective asphault while the other points straight ahead.
If you've a volt/ohm meter, you can check for system voltage at the bulb with the lights turned on. If you have the correct voltage, turn the lights off and check for resistance between the socket ground terminal and ground (you should have none)

one fo them is dimmer than the other 1. im thinking of just buying new sets of bulbs should i just buy any kind at p[ep boys or wut?
Probably the best bulb you can find in a store is the Sylvania Silverstars. You'll get great output at a reasonable price, PIAAs' (IMHO) are over rated, hidiously overpriced and basically all you're paying for is the name. Try to avoid the "HID Look" marketing on off-white hdlamp bulbs, you won't be happy with the results.

Are they aimed properly?

I've heard about this before, one side dimmer than the other. Switch bulbs and see if the problem persists. You may have the headlights misaligned, but I recall it was a grounding problem or something to do with wiring.

Could be the bulbs or a wiring issue I would try changing the bulbs first. For bulbs Silverstars are supposed to be good. Farenheits I like about as much and they are a hell of a lot cheaper neither really have a blue color to them. I like Eurolite Crystals and Fusions for a slight blue tint although they arn't real blue themselves but they seem to have decent output and still look good.
I have tried quite a few sets of bulbs but really don't feel like typing about all of them right now.

im having a real hard time taking out the bulb on the passenger side. i managed 2 disconect the power 2 it but i cant take it out the book says turn it clock wise but i tried turning counter and clockwise and that **** wont budge
yea passenger side's pretty tough. Just takes some fiddling though. I had the same problem. You COULD unscrew the screws that hold the bulbs in place, there's the slot the bulb slides into, and it's usually held in by a screw...if you unscrew one the bulb will come right out...

It will come out. Use some muscle.

The fifth 5th Gens have a retention ring (about 2 1/2 " in diameter) with three serated finger grips which lock the bulb into the fixture. It is these rings that require turning about a quarter turn countet-clockwise to release the bulb. It's much like a "align the tabs" sorta thing. Once the tab reliefs are aligned, the bulb comes straight out.
Reverse the proceedure to install.
And, yes, the right side is the more difficult.. what with the tank overflow and the aircleaner box in the way ^%$&

ok i switched the bulbs ( right 2 left left 2 right.) and it seams that my passenger light shines more that the driver side with either one of my bulbs. it apears to be pointing higher than the other side how can i fix this?
The Honda Headlamp capsules can be adjusted using no more that a Number two (2) Phillips head screwdriver. The top adjustment (of course the easier of the two) adjusts the aim left-to-right. It's the 'honkin big screwhead off to one side.
The bottom one is the *&^%( one, and it adjusts the aim up-and-down. Unfortunately it's the one u need. Unfortunate in that it's a bear trying to discribe.
It's located in the vicinity just in front of the rad overflow bottle (which, by the way should be removed to make access easier) on the bottom of the capsule and if you get a flashlight on it, it looks like nothing more than a little box-like structure with a little cheap geared wheel in it. The drill is: the screwdriver is inserted thru the top, the flutes of the screwdriver engage the wheel teeth, and you can turn the adjustment shaft either way to change your aim. Surprisingly, it works.
I used a long shank Snap-on phillips driver to reach it.
Don't be surprised you find one or both adjusted's siezed from corrosion/age.
