Default jrsc or vortech for an autocross itr?

a friend wants to charge his itr and has asked me to get some info and opinions on which supercharger to use for his integra type r?

he wants the car to be reliable as its an everyday driver and does alot of trackdays/autocross.

he wants the best setup for this use, and wonders what whp to have to make the car quickest round a track rather than a big whp number?

what setups would you recommend? ems, aem? hondata? what exhaust, 2.5"? 3"? injectors? pistons, rods etc?

thanks for your input

A vortech doesn't give you anything on the low/mid range, which is what you want for autoxing. JRSC all the way.

JRSC making 6-8 PSI, ported s-tube, ported TB, and ported blower case. Hondata S300 -w- RC 440's, Kamikaze header -w- 3" TR exhaust. I've run a JRSC for autox and it's great. If he wants to spend some $, then the LHT intercooler and big-tube header would be good too.

As far as the EMS goes, it's whatever he can find a good local tuner for. I've used the AEM and Hondata EMS's, and they both worked great. I really like the features of the new Hondata S300 for the price. AEM potentially has traction control, which would be awesome for autocross and track, but we haven't got it working on mine yet, need to invest in some more tuning time.
