Default Help with wiring new stereo

My new stereo has some wires that im not sure of,
Battery
Ignition
Ground

1.Power control wire-When using the optional power amplifier, connect to its power control terminal.

2.External amplifier control wire-To "EXT.AMP.CONT"terminal of the amplifier having the external amp control function.

Motor Antenna
Dimmer control wire

What is the power control wire and external amp control wire. Which do I use to connect my amp remote wires too? Which one
I take it my 94 gsr motor antenna has a wire and that goes to the antenna wire, do I need the dimmer control wire???

Battery **should be indicated by a yellow wire**
Ignition **should be indicated by a red wire**
Ground **should be indicated by a black wire**

1.Power control wire-When using the optional power amplifier, connect to its power control terminal.

**** should be indicated by a blue wire. this wire is for a power antenna so when you turn your radio am/fm it powers the antenna to roll up when on and down when off or if you have an internal non retractable antenna (an antenna you cant see) it powers it on for better reception****

2.External amplifier control wire-To "EXT.AMP.CONT"terminal of the amplifier having the external amp control function. ****this wire should be indicated by a blue wire with a white stripe. this is to turn you amplifier on and off when your car stereo is on or off. this is the wire you want to hook up to you remote on off on the amp****

dimmer control wire???</TD></TR></TABLE> let me know if anything else take it easy and good luck

I hooked up my pwoer control wire (Blue/White)to my remote of my amps and I left external amplifier control wire disconnected. My amps turn on like this?
My antenna wire has its own wire to the stereo, but I left that disconnected also since my antenna goes up and down with the stereo on/off.
