How is the engine temp?

Check your coolant, look for oil in it.

possibly a blown head gasket

the engine temp is fine, its been sitting for about an hour or two, i did put in some oil earlier but just one quart. is there anyway to get rid of the smoke? maybe letting it run for awhile and giving it some gas maybe? please respond ASAP!

wow.......... your gonna get flamed but
wheres the rattling coming from? underneath the car? the engine bay? from the looks of it you should probably should take it to a professional since you said "EDIT: just checked my oil and the dipstick is covered in it. like its all the way full. how do i drain my oil?"

thats not a good sign if u dont even know how to properly check a dipstick ya dipstick lol

blue smoke is burning oil, white smoke is coolant. Sounds to me like your head gasket is shot.
