ok i am replacin the gauge faces in my 90 crx si....r u sayin that the speed and the tach are removable and the fule and temp are not?????
several people are selling the entire gauge cluster on ebay right now. you might as well get the cluster with the factory tach (the ones without are going for less money if you don't want a tach) the factory tach cluster will plug right in, no extra wiring needed. 88-89 clusters are diferent than 90-91 clusters, make sure you get the right one for your car. and no, gas / temp gauges off of a cluster w/ tach will not fit a non-tach cluster.

deadnite - you should be able to put the new faces on without removing any of the needles, it's tricky, but it's the best way. the speedo and tach may not be accurate after you've removed and re-installed the needles.
