Anyone ever heard you can default your timing by removing your hazard fuse and disconnect your batte

removing the battery terminal resets the ECU, it doesn't change the ignition timing.
It may change how the car runs if there is a code set or if it ran with poor fuel for a while, but it will not change the base setting for the ignition timing.

if i understand your question correctly, it is impossible to have the timing go back to factory default just by simply removing a fuse and disconnecting your battery. you'd need a manual and have to adjust your dizzy. the ECU will reset itself to default but will recalibrate after i believe some odd miles of driving.
