Default Chirping noise from timing belt area.

Put in a rebuilt engine a couple days ago, runs perfect. Couple days later I notice a chirping noise. It happens only when warm, from the timing belt area, and about 3k and up rpm wise. Anyone ever have a problem like this? I'm wondering if the tensioner or something is rubbing the timing cover, but I can't find out. Used an automotive stethascope but it doesn't really pick up high notes.
