got new distributer from autozone. 245 after core, ouch. Im pretty good at just pulling **** apart and figuring out but if someone would give me a decent step by step of how to do it, and not screw up the timing on my car, would be great.

also, how much is not having a knock sensor slowing my car down? i know it retards the ignition, but i would just like a guess?

undo 3 bolts

slap it on, and tighten the bolts finger tight so you can rotate the dizzy

attach the timing gun adn start the motor

time correctally and then tighten down dizzy.
