Default Will a D-series Throttle Body fit on a B16a SirII Intake Manifold?

What I am wondering is if a D-series throttle body will fit on my b16a SirII intake manifold. I need a throttle body with a map sensor and was wondering if a friends d-series will fit.

I wish I could say I was just using it to try and pass emissons or b.a.r. but right now I'm running no map sensor on my car and the only solution I have untill I can come up with the cash for a gsr throttle body (which has a map sensor built in) would be to put a d series throttle body on it so it will actually run right. It is my only source for transportation, and w/out the map sensor it's running on limp mode and hecka rich. (getting like 22 mpg shifting at like 2500-2800 rpms and driving real conservative) Unfortunately Montana isn't known for their variety of Used Honda parts like Washington (where I just left) so anything to get it running right will help out untill I can pick up like a gsr throttle body, or ls.

Thanks for the help guys!
