Default Are crank shafts balanced with or without the pulley??

Im wondering if it will throw off the balance of my motor if i use a pulley that was not the original one from the motor?

Honda engines are balanced with out the pulley.The pulley is then balanced by it self.If the pulley you are going to use is out of balance it will make the engine out of balance.
