Feathering!!!!

hey guys i know this is a dumb question.... could u explain to me exactly what feathering the throtle means or how its done??

Are you talking about feathering the throttle? It just means lightly push the throttle pedal up and down. You feather the throttle when your in a skid pad to control your car either making it push or pull.

umm like rite before ur about to launch to race? is that the same thing as what ur talkin about?

No, he means feathering the Clutch when revving higher and dropping it for a good launch in a drag right?

Normally on launch or drag you feather it abit quick then when in skid pad turn so you basically have revs up close to when your about to launch.

Actually thats the first time I've ever heard it used with the clutch.
Normally most just let out on the clutch abit and as soon as it grabs side steps the clutch.
