help with air breather

ok i bought this APC universal air breather "intimidator" part no 153005 and have no idea where it goes lol i drive a 1990 honda accord lx where does this thing go ?

why did you buy it then?

it goes on the valve cover where you connect the vacuum hose. so instead of a hose, you have the filter.
