Default Planning to do a b20/vtec turbo motor need a couple ?'s answered first tho.

I just want to know if a B20B4 would be a good block to go with because there is one for a great price right now and I was thinking about using the b20 block with a LS crank and using Ross or Weisco pistons and Crower rods ect ect....
but the main question I have is: Will the b20b4 stock sleeves hold 350+whp, shooting for 400whp. I have seen many ppl do it on stock LS b18a/b18b blocks, so is it realistic to shoot for that much out of the stock block or would i be best using the LS block instead?
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated because I need to get a new motor in my car ASAP and I'm trying to get it done right the first time.

I don't have any personal experience with this and don't claim to know anything, but I've heard a lot of comments on the b20 sleeves being weak. I believe it is pretty common knowledge that the b20 sleeves crack easily and you would probably be better off with an ls block. I can remember someone on evans tuning forums stating that the stock sleeves are generally good for up to 500hp, however the b20 is the exception to the rule in this case. Good luck.
