Help! What kind of turbo is this?

I found this turbo on ebay. It looked half decent but i didnt know what kinda flange it was ... it didnt look like a normal t3/t4

No. That is not a normal "T3/T4" They only used that so that if you search it, they come up.

This should NOT be used for a project, unless you have ABSOLUTELY nothing to lose (Like it going on a lawnmower or something.
