my hatch won't open. i have a 98 integra and i tried the switch under the hatch and it just won't budge open. and i cant get thru the back cause of the cover. what can i do?!

btw red springs that says sportline is from eibach right?

 

OH and how do i remove the door panel, i took out 3 screws but it wont budge, any suggestions?

try using the key and turning all the way (i can't remember which direction). if you turn it all the way and use the latch it should open. mine does this all the time. apparently there is some issue with the actuator or motor that is connected to the hatch latch.

 

I swear I've responded to like 5 of these this month...For now just use the key(turn all the way to the right until it clicks, then pull the lever). go to acuraparts247.com for a breakdown of the parts...you'll need either the actuator or the whole motor assy. I just got used to using the key and unplugged the motor so it won't whine. Good luck
