5 lug conversion question

5 lug conversion question
for a 96 hatch.....could u just take the spindels off of a crv or and/ or 5 lug prelude and use them? if the rotors are the same size can you just retain stock calipers?

i have a few friends that did it , they have prelude 5 lug convertion on there civics
i know is posible but not to sure how they did. and the rotor are bigger so you have to used the prelude caliper as well.

Why would you want to use stock calipers?
EDIT: The whole point of doing a 5-lug is for the brakes, so why keep the crappy calipers?
