i have a b20/vtec with je pistons in a 93 del sol.. im changing the ls water pump and timing belt to a vtec one soon.. i just installed a sard fuel regulator and a bosch fuel pump.. n im thinkin of getting an oil pump. which is better? spoon or jdm type-r oil pump?

 

type r should hold it down fine, u dont wanna spend x5 on a spoon 1 do you?
