B20 sleeves can crack at the mention of the word turbo .... and 11.1 comp too
Turboing that motor would be a very delicate process ....
I chose a Precision SC34 57trim .63 AR for my LS-T
Good luck

11:1 compression is kind of well....HIGH! I would change that out unless ur a gangster
By the way I don't think the stock sleeves would like that high compression + a snail no matter what size. Bring the compression down to aroun 9:1 or so to be safe.
A t3/t04e should have no problem making that amount of power with a b20 non vtec. Since you have a semi built head and a semi built block. Cams might be a little too much or too agressive, but then again I dunno shyte about cams.
Upgrade injectors as well...maybe to 550cc. You can easy max 440cc.
My stock b20b (compression 8:8) makes 250whp and 225tq (greddy sp exhaust) @ 11lbs. You should have no problems making 300hp w/ a little work.

TUNING IS KEY! Main reason why so many people blow b20s is because of the lack of tuning and care for the motor.
I have been boosted for over a year and constantly beat on my car...redline...the whole 9. But then again I had my car tuned by Mase on Hondata.
