I had this problem for almost a year already, just never got around to fix it since it was summer and I never needed it. HEHE. Anyways, my wipers were stuck on constant on for awhile, then i pulled the fuse out. After a month, i place the fuse back in, and everything works fine except for my low speed setting. The wiper will pause half way up, and come back down. The second problem is that if I turn off the switch, the wiper will stop where ever its at. So i have to time my wipers in order to make it stop in the right spot. Otherwise, my medium and high speed setting works fine. I tried replacing the switch, but that didn't solve the problem. I am thinking of trying to replace either the ICU behind the fuse box, or my wiper motors. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

ive seen similar on my dads s10. the teeth where the wiper arm gets bolted to the stud that sticks out under the windshield was stripped. i torked it down real good and it helped. make sure those teeth arent stripped
