Default melted 2 iacv's help please

my car will not keep idle w/ac on, it wil just drop and die. i took out the iacv and saw it melted to pieces, put in a new one no difference. After 2 days, the new iacv is melting also. I ended up having to rig up the throttle cable and adjust the screw on the tb to keep a high enough idle (1400) so that when i turn on my a/c the car doesnt die (it drops to about 500 then picks up 700). The idle at 1400 changes alos, varying to 800 w/o a/c at times. Any ideas? I cant find a vacuum leak but i doubt it could do all this. help please

MAP sensor plug. TPS plug and IACV plugs tend to have the same plug. you need to get a manual and make sure that the correct color wires are going to the correct sensors.

it should be right, yellow/black and blue/black for obd1 gsr. ive already tried switching back and forth btwn 2 diff. plugs, but it seems to make no difference, i have no idea what the other plug is though. I think there is another sensor underneat the manifold(gsr)
