Default 13.7 and now we need to tune

Goal is to see what we can do with a minimal budget stock block and stock ported head.
Setup
92 cx hatch
Real street tires
Open Diff
95 Gsr block Stock
95 Gsr head milled .030
2 layer head gasket
OmniPower Valves
Eibach Valve Springs
Comp Cams Steel Retainers
Crower 403 Cams
Skank 2 Manifold
RMF Narrow Header
This time was ran with a GSR trans and cams set at +3I and +1.5E
We then changed out for a B16 trans and made the mistake of going +3I and+4E
and resulted in 13.8 @ 102
Fuel adjustments have been made using Crome and LM-1 trying to keep the afr in the 13.5:1 area
Im kinda lost on the timing maps I have just been using a modified JDM B16a timing map
I need to find the "Zero" area with these cams before I go making another wild guess. I have been trying to find more information on how to degree a DOHC motor and have read the information on this site.

get some slicks bro, street tires are a waist of time...Literally!

those traps are good for some low 13sec passes..

The project does not have the fundage to allow professional tuning. Were working on a slim budget and trying to learin things in the process.

my best with what's in the sig is a 13.7@104 on azenis... since then i've added ctr cams, aebs intake manifold and a hondata gasket... haven't ran it like that yet cause i'd like to get tuned first as well.

Skicks are you freind. With 20" slicks on my B16A-CRX, I pulled a 13.7 @ 98mph. With just a DC-Sport header. With your set up you should be in high 12's on a good day.
