gsr pistons in a b18a1 will it work?

Default gsr pistons in a b18a1 will it work?

was wondering if this would work are they the same bore size and pin hieght?

pretty sure it will work..all be series parts are almost interchangable.

depends if your looking for all motor or boost. if boost i'd say stick with your stock pistons....NA go GSR..would raise your compression but im not sure by how much. as far as HP gains im sure you would get some what of a gain with GSR pistons but not much.

Consider PR3 pistons from a first gen B16 or any US market B16. They'll give you somewhere in the neighborhood of about 11:1 compression.

yea they will work the rings are the same, but i believe youll have to do the same thing to get the pistons on the ls rods like you would to the ITR pistons.....mill the small end of the rod.

thanks for all the help also i have a jdm gsr intake will this work with a few mods? oh yeah and what im wanting to do is build a Ls sleeper looks like an LS but its not

That's only necessary for ITR or CTR pistons. GSR/B16/B17 pistons don't require this.

i thought the b18c1 pistons were like the ITR's....hrm sry bout that.

GSR, ITR you have to mill the rod or have the inside of the pistons shaved to clear the rod ends, B16, B17, Ls pistons fit without modifications. I know this because I just went thru this on my LS/Vtec.
