What turbo would you get? And Why?

Stock sleeves
Mahle 9:1 compression pistons
Scat H beam Rods
Arp Rod Bolts
Arp Head Studs
B16 Vtec oil pump
B16 Vtec Water Pump
Acl Race Rod Bearings
Oem Main Bearings
Ls Oem Headgasket
Now i had a b16 turbo stock block that blew at 16psi....now i need help picking which turbo to buy...what turbo would you buy and why?
Goals
Daily Driver on low boost setting
Low 12 high 11 second car on high boost setting
Stock sleeves
