Default YOUR INPUT ON MY DC2

I got a 96 rs coupe 5speed, has 136k miles. has type R cams, cat-back system, sri, sits on ground controls w/ tokico shocks, skunk2 short shifter, gsr seats .... blah blah... I need a clutch, was wondering if I get an aftermarket clutch would I need to upgrade my flywheel too? Or should I get another stock clutch? I was thinking about getting some 16" gt3's for my car does anyone have any pics of a dc2 with 16"gt3's? Should I go turbo or all motor... All I've heard is all motor set up is fast and better but more expensive but beneficial because you can take steps while turbo is one big set up you have to do at once. Sorry I'm random my grammer isn't perfect =\ and I know very little about honda but I want to learn and I would appreciate your imput very much... thanks a lot HT

how do you have type r cams in your rs? do you have a swap?

and no, you don't have to get an aftermarket flywheel for a different clutch.

Search for the old integra picture thread, i am sure you can find a pic of some gt3's no a teg.

All motor or turbo really depends on what your goals for the car are. All motor is expensive to pull good numbers, Turbos can be a one step proces, or you can do a full engine build and turbo it. This all depends on your goals.

This is what I was told when I bought it... the guy told me type R cams. He said it didn't have any suspension mods and I took off a wheel and it had tokico shocks and ground controls... It idles with a decent tone but that could just be the exhaust. I know very little about this stuff.... What would you need to have type R cams? say I DO.. then what would I have?

You need a VTEC head to have Type R cams installed. You can't put Type R cams in a non-VTEC motor.

Also, just to clarify for you, it isn't a DC2. Your car is actually a DC4. DC2's have VTEC.

wow.... sorta random but my sister just got a tC. She really likes it and so does my bro-in-law, so they decided to get another one. So here we have 2 scion tC's and 2 integras. Mine and then my sisters. She decided to give me her 2000 gs has like 66k miles on it.. 5speed cpe. Since she has a brand new tC she has no need for the integra. So I guess Im gonna boost the 2000 dc4* and sell my dc4* (thanks ) . I'll check out the forced induction thread.
