I bought the GE Vtec kit for my LS-V before I knew I had to bore out my block, so I got the headgasket for a 81mm bore. But now that my block is going to be 81.25, am I going to have any problems with the .25mm bigger bore?

you should be fine, the stock gasket is almost 82mm's
