Default Wheel trouble?

Ok so I bought some Konig Tantrums from a guy I work with and I go to put them on tonight and I jack my car up, take off lug nuts on front passenger side and it won't move. At all. All lug nuts are off. Last time I checked it should just slide right off right? So then I go to the front driver's side, take lugs off, and wheel just slides off as it should. I looked behind the wheel of my front passenger side wheel and it has like this green slimey looking **** on it. WHY THE HELL CAN'T I TAKE MY WHEEL OFF?!?!?! Also where is a good place to buy tuner lug nuts? The guy I bought them from said Walmart but I don't trust that place....

The reason you can't get the wheel off is because rust builds up behind the wheel, on the surface of the rotor. Just hit it from behind the wheel, towards the bottom.

Put the car on stands, instead of just being raised on the jack. Then kick the **** out of the tire. Like Bcuz said, rust is a mother.....

As stated, hit it or kick it - but be careful when doing so.
