Where's the damn screw? 99 D16Y7 Idle speed adjust
Reposted with more accurate title.
Hey all... just replaced the spark plugs on my civic (99 LX D16Y7) and now when I start her up I get a 2000 RPM idle. Then if I drive it for a while and I park or stop at a light, the idle goes back down to what it should (around 500).
My question is: Where is the adjusting screw located on my engine? I bought the haynes manual but it shows where the screw is only on the integra engine, not on my civic.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Michel

Yeah i would expect the RPMs to jump high when i first start it, but then I'd also expect them to settle. Before i changed the plugs the rpms would go back down to normal, but now if i let it sit right after starting they still dont go down.
Thanks though
