Default Idle Speed Adjust

Hey all... just replaced the spark plugs on my civic (99 LX D16Y7) and now when I start her up I get a 2000 RPM idle. Then if I drive it for a while and I park or stop at a light, the idle goes back down to what it should (around 500).

My question is: Where is the adjusting screw located on my engine? I bought the haynes manual but it shows where the screw is only on the integra engine, not on my civic.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
