Default h22 swap

Did not search I need to know asap what ecu to get for 93 lx accord with h22a swap, getting everything but ecu. I heard p 28 or p13. I've never done a swap so just wondering what ecu would be best ?

I would say go with whatever is a stock ECU for the H22 but I think the p28 will work just fine, and there good ECU I used to have one. Good Luck Some guys on here have (p28) them and will chip them if needed and are really good. Look around

P13 is the stock ecu, try to get one that matches the year of your h22a motor. If its a 92-95 h22a get an OBD1 p13 (out of a 92-95 prelude) and it shouldn't be a 96+ h22a motor anyway since your car is obd 1 (you would have realised some wiring issues with the distributor and engine harness)

P28 wont run the h22a well because it lacks control of the secondaries that are in the h22a intake manifold. Also a stock p28 wont run the prelude properly u'd need a p28 socketed and running an H22a map to have it run decent.

I believe the P28 is the ECU for Civics, while the P72 is the ECU for the integera.

The P13 is for the Prelude, H22.

IMHO I like the chipped p28's the most (phearable.net) for the h22a , also running a v-afc w/ the p13 is nice... I have for sale a p13 ecu, v-afc, 450cc injectors and the p28 ecu tuned for the 450cc injectors <-- parted from the slightly used FULL turbo kit im selling for the h22a1 w/ rebuilt and polished t3/t04 turbo let me know if anyone is interested
