Default Oil Leak from Headgasket

One of my friend's car (DSM) has an oil leak coming from the headgasket in only one area just the corner (the corner of the intake side and timing belt side). Is this uncommon to have a leak only in one spot? There are no oil leaks coming from anywhere else around the perimeter of the headgasket. What could have caused this (head has never been pulled on it) and any recommedations for an easy fix? Thanks

usually oil leaks on a headgasket mean its getting weak and needs to be changed. sometimes though, if its only showing in one spot you can re-torque the corresponding stud and cure the problem. if it doesnt work its headgasket time.

I have seen honda head gaskets weep from this area before. Its nothing to worry about.

It's more than a "weep", I'd say probably losing a quart every 400 miles. I'll go ahead and check the torque specs on the head studs/bolts, hopefully the one in that area just needs to be torqued down more, thanks for the advice guys
