sup guys just put an h22 in my teg...ok first problem the iacv needs to be fixed so its acting up at 1500...which means i need to start the car off at 2k rpms every time to avoid the surging......anyway...on top of that problem......

lets say im starting off and i let off the gas the car will bog like a beast...or if im in 2nd or 3rd gear the car will bog back and forth when i let off the gas gently or press it gently.....even at hight rpms......like somethin is gettin stuck....i cleaned the throttle plate and tightened the throttle cable.......it idles fine....just it feels like something is getting stuck or catching throttle wise when i let off the gas....like i have to constantly keep my foot on the gas to make sure it doesnt bog...pretty gay right.....

irght now i have a gsr throttle cable and an h22 throttle body on a h22 skunk 2 mani....i was gonna put a bigger b20 throttle spring on there to see if it would do anything......

what do u guys think the problem is.......thanks

 

sounds more like the tps sensor than anything.

 

but its not throwing a code for tps.....and this just started like 2 days ago car was fine before

ok...now getting a CEL 43.....Fuel supply system..assuming that was the reason for the problems i was having..........some guy on a previous thread said this

"for the fuel supply code check your fuel pump relay may be going bad and sending a faulty signal to your ecu making it think something is wrong. does your car ever bog out or sputter when driving or on accel? if so then u do have a fuel issue if not then most likely its just a faulty signal from something like a relay"

im changing my fuel pump 2nite and i hope that was the reason it was bogging and not the throttle cable....any comments guys?

while doing the swap we put a new fuel filter...so im guessing it HAS to be the fuel pump

i have the exact same thing in my lude, its at the shop now getting fixed

check ur o2 sensor first, thats primarily the problem (so ive heard)

If it doesn't get fixed...

TPS sensor
o2
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
fuel tuning (vafc, etc.)
fuel pump relay?

ok changed fuel pump...still feels like its the throttle cable dunno help

 

ok i was told to change my throttle cable....running a gsr throttle cable on my h22 right now....the reason it bogs when i tap the gas and let off i heard is cuz its too short...we'll find out

 

 

check the voltage of ur tps sensor

 

leaning towards tps or 02 sensor now...taking it to a shop today im tired of small problems!!
