If you are using an aftermarket stereo, you can use a harness for all your connections such as a BHA 1721 from Best Kits. However the thing that you will lose from the navigation is the voice guidance. The voice guidance is looped through the factory radio. In order to keep this function working, you would have to add a small amp and speaker to the navigation output.
