I thought Comptech parts did not void the Acura warranty - or is that just if it is installed at the dealership?

Finally got the O/2 off and installed it. I’m get some rattling noise with I first accelerate, that isn’t normal is it. I know my Apexi N1 makes noise but now more noise, Dam. I haven’t noticed any really power gains. How did that get some much power out of that header; when they did the great header test?

After I install the header I install an Air/Fuel guage and the dam thing doen't seem to be working right. When my car is Idling the gauge will stay in lean and then jump to rich, and then jump back to lean, is this normal.

Why would a header void yor warrenty? The laws on this thing clearly state that the dealer has to prove the mods caused the problem, thay can't just void your waarenty. If they do, call a lawyer.

I guarantee that they can somehow relate header installation to a failed motor. Regarding the installation, if you haven't done so yet, I would advise you to reset the ECU. The safest way and preferred is to pull out the fuses in the engine bay. I believe they are the 2 in the uppoer most left corner, but I'm not definite. That will probably help. Secondly, the noise is an exhaust leak if it doesn't sound normal. Make sure your gaskets are ok at each connection, oh yah, just the header/cat connection and then retighten everything.
