Default b16 with ITR cams, which valvetrain?

I've been having trouble figuring out which valve train to get. The motor is a stock JDM second gen B16, I’m putting in 00' ITR cams with a chipped ECU, running 8600rpm rev limit. I'm not pulling the head at this time. And I already own ITR valve springs and the cams (not in the motor).

Some say the ITR valve springs are perfect, some say because the ITR valves are lighter you will need better v-springs, some say with stiffer valve spring you will lose power.....errrrr. I've been searching but can't find a good answer. (I’m sure others would like to know also)

I'm looking for durability, low maintenance, cost effective.
