Default HELP! My car dies, will not idle!

The car is a 1990 Civic DX stock b15b2
All coolant lines and radiator have been replaced, also did the cap, rotor, plugs/wires.

Ok I just fixed the head gasket for the second time (first time I didn't surface the head and it didn't seal...Duh) Anyways I had the head cleaned, surfaced and pressure tested. It's all back together and it will not idle with my foot off the gas, from what I can see all the vacuume lines are installed correctly. The first time I fired it up it threw CEL 1, 6 and 10. With my foot on teh gas slightly the car runs great, when I remove my foot the idle drops, hesitates, and dies. Now...

1. will a bad primary o2 cause my car to die?

2. how often do coolant temp and IAT sensors go bad? and would those cause the car to die?

3. I replaced my spark plugs the first time I fixed the head gasket, now they have some junk on them, could that be causing my car to die?

TIA

check the timing it sounds like the timing make be off 2 teeth. Due to the fact that the timing belt was just removed, i would look for that to be the culprit first.

1. an o2 sensor will not make it stall.

2.ect's do go bad but they wont make you have to throttle the car to idle. i have never seen that

check compression check timing check that everything is plugged in.

How can i be shure the cam is at TDC when I cannot look at the side of the gear to see if the lines are level with the head?

-(- O -)- < This is TDC correct?

remove the valve cover and redo your timing. if those sensors went bad, the ecu would throw a check engine code, but would't cause your car to die.
