CAI filter question...
Basically forever - K&N has a million mile warranty, they suggest to "recharge" them I think at 50,000? miles. As long as you don't stick a screwdriver through one, you really never have to replace it.
EDIT: I know Advance Auto sell the recharge kit for $10. It has a cleaner and an oil-type stuff to squirt on it that makes the dirt stick to the filter.

Mine isn't a K&N but it's made just like one, so chances are you'll be fine.

Ive had my AEM filter on since I got it back in January, and havent had time to clean it. Thanks for the reminder.
You never really need to purchase a new filter unless it is a cheap ebay filter that falls apart, K&N's just need to be cleaned about twice a year.
