b16 rod bearing remove and replace

ok well so far i have the header and the oilpan off. now i think im looking at the oil pump sump or w/e and a plate over the rods i think and then what or u kno what is there a write up on this

You need to take all that off. The windage tray and then you will see the crank better. Or just take it to me

well i fixed my problem now and how much do i torque down my end caps
