88 civic hatch with 94 motor not gettin power to ECU

i have a 88 civic with a 94 civic d16z6 motor in it that one day started just fine went to School and came out of school wouldnt start and couldnt push start it since its 5 speed and now im gettin power to the brand new distributor but not out of it and fuel pump i dont think is workin since im not gettin gas to the motor and im not gettin power to the ECU and have no idea how to fix it since im new the import scene been goin through old mopars and decided to try imports

found a blown fuse didnt help and my gramps used a piece of wire and jumped across some wires and got the fuel pump goin
