Default 310 cc/min injectors and stock ECU

I'm going to install some 310cc/min injectors to go with my Toda spec B. My problem is that the nearest dyno/tuner is several hours away from home so I will probably have to run the injectors with the stock ECU for a few weeks. Does anybody know if I will have serious problem (like the car staling at every red light). I can lower the fuel pressure with the FPR to help me out but will it be enought or will the A/F ratio be way to rich.

Thank's for your help

You won't know for sure until you install it, but I guess you may have some problem at idle, since I have to lean out like 20% with the VAFC with my Toda B's setup, and I still run stock injector now. But since you have the FPR, you can use it to lower the fuel pressure a bit and if you have a VAFC, you can use it to lean it out until it idle.

If you have a VAFC you can lean the crap out of it, an have it idle alright, you also want to lower the Fuel Pressure a bit...

That is part of my problem. I don't have a VAFC. I want to have the ECU rechipped on the dyno next spring with everything installed so I did not buy a VAFC (it would be a waist of money for me since I don't intend to play with the ECU anymore)

Use this formula to change your fuel pressure to something that will work for you...

When I used that formula using stock 240 cc injectors at 42 psi it said 310's should idle at 25 PSI. This made static pressure ~35 PSI. This created WAY lean conditions froim 20"Hg to 0PSI. What worked best for me was 35/42 vac/static.

Just take the pressures the equation gives you with a grain of salt.

Thank's for the input. I think around 45 psi should be a good starting point (stock pressure was 52 psi)
